Ash Wednesday will look a little different this year due to the pandemic. But we will still observe it with a unique take. Wednesday, February 17, is Ash Wednesday, the day that marks the beginning of the 40 days of Lent. Lent is the season leading up to the celebration of Easter.

Ashes are often placed on the foreheads of believers to remind us of our need to be humble and repentant during Lent. This year, we will do an outdoor drive-through imposition of ashes. Beginning at 5:00pm Wednesday the 17th, we invite you to drive through the front entrance drop-off area of the church. Pastor David will put ashes on your hand, via Q-tip, offer a brief prayer and then you may drive away.
