COVID has cancelled our beloved Angel Tree tradition—but WAIT, there is good news! This gives us an opportunity to do something new and different that will create a bigger impact!

This year Heart of Longmont will be blessing Wild Plum families with a basket of supplies encouraging family time. The Kids of HOL are asking each church family who can to adopt a Wild Plum family for Christmas. (Our congregation has 170 families. WP serves 65 families at HOL and 245 families program wide. We’ll start with the HOL families and expand as the response allows.)

If you’re creative, this is the project for you! Spread your creativity to your heart’s content!

Even if you’re not creative, this is still the project for you! Reach out to a member of our team for ideas. Cookie making supplies, family game night gifts, a movie night kit are just a few examples. You can also check out ideas on the internet!

If you don’t have the time to put a basket together, don’t worry! This is still the project for you! With a donation of any amount, we will put together a basket on your behalf. (We are estimating $50 for each basket.)

You can start anytime you like, but ALL baskets MUST be at HOL no later than MONDAY DECEMBER 14th.

We will have specific collection days and times to be published after Thanksgiving.
