Everyone is invited to attend the church council meeting on Wednesday, December 11, starting at 7:00 PM. We will be voting on several important issues in preparation for the following Sunday’s Circuit Church Conference. Voting is limited to actual members of the church, but voice is given to all who attend.

Our District Superintendent, Tezenlo Thong, will be leading our Circuit Church Conference starting at 2:00 PM on December 15 at the Heart of Longmont. Other churches in the St. Vrain Circuit will also be attending that Sunday. It will be a time to receive reports and celebrate ministries across our region and throughout the Mountain Sky Conference.

The church council meeting on December 11 will allow actual members of the Heart of Longmont to vote on the 2020 Nominations list, the Pastor’s Compensation, and our Membership Report. Everyone is invited to attend both of these important meetings.
