Hello fabulous Heart of Longmont friends!

You may have seen a post about this wonderful project earlier. Here is an update on how it’s going:

We’re off to a great start, but we still have 38 more kiddos to get sponsored. You can sponsor a family in 2 ways; by shopping for a basket for a family (you contact Misty Bone and let her know what size family you’d like and she will give you some info about them), or you can donate any amount of money towards the project and we’ll do the shopping for you. Depending on family size, the amount spent on the baskets should be between $75 and $125. Donations can be made securely on our online giving page or you can send your donations to the church office.

Suggestions for items to include in the basket are a small gift (or gifts) for the kids in the household, as well as a game, craft, cooking or baking supplies. Things they can do together as a family. Gift cards the family can use at their discretion are always welcomed. All baskets are due at the church by December 12. Kiddos will be taking them home that week.
